- When does JackedPack ship?
We ship the packs between the 15th - 18th each month.
If you sign up between the 10th - 23rd, we will ship your first pack by the end of the month. Your future packs will ship in the first wave of shipments.
- When will I be billed for recurring membership?
For monthly, you will be billed on the 10th of every month.
For 6-month membership, you will be billed when we are getting ready to ship you your 7th sample box. After that, it is every 6 months.
For yearly membership, you will be billed when we are getting ready to ship you your 13th sample box. After that, it is every 12 months.
- How much does it cost?
JackedPack is $15 per pack. That includes shipping.
If you sign up for six months, every sixth box is free. This works out to $12.50 per pack. The $75 for six months is billed at once.
The best offer is to sign up for a year. Three boxes are free. This works out to $11.25 per pack. The $135 for the year is billed at once.
- How do I update my billing information?
Click on My Account. Click on “Update your billing information”. Enter the new information and click SAVE.
- Is JackedPack available outside the US?
Unfortunately, JackedPack is currently only available in the US. We are working on expanding to more countries.
- How do I change my preferences for what samples that I receive?
Some of our samples are only for men, like testosterone boosters; or only sent to women, like supplement developed specifically for women. If you did not fill out gender at sign up, you can update in your preferences. Some samples are based on flavor preference or goal. The more information that you provide, the better job we can do customizing sample boxes for you. Update your preferences by clicking on My Account. In Membership, click on Edit Preferences.
- How do I cancel?
You can cancel your Monthly Rebillable Subscription at any time. 1) You can login to your account and follow the cancelation procedures there. 2) You can also email us at email@example.com from the email address on your account. 3) Or, you can call 800.756.7662 9am to 6pm EST Monday-Friday. If you cancel, you will not be rebilled during your next monthly billing cycle.
To cancel the renewal of your prepaid subscription (six or twelve month subscription), at any time after you were billed for the then-current term, you can cancel by 1) login to your account and follow the cancelation procedures there. 2) You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address on your account. 3) Or, you can call 800.756.7662 9am to 6pm EST Monday-Friday. If you cancel the auto-renewal, your subscription will remain active until the end of your then-current subscription term. If you cancel, you will not be rebilled during your next monthly billing cycle.
