This has to be one of my favs. For someone who likes Mango as much as me, you'll love it. Works very well, very happy!
I read all the reviews... For those saying this didn't do anything for recovery, you clearly DON"T 'TRAIN' hard enough. The difference is this - you workout out, I (and all the other hardcore folks) *TRAIN. If you TRAIN HARD, you need this much powder (some complained it was too much) to get the nutrients required to recover faster and fully. *Squats, deadlifts, weighted chins, heavy barbell rows 6-8 reps to failure type training!
Tastes great! Works super well! I felt amazing after taking it!
I've tried a few other post workout drinks for carb replenishment and this one is by far the best tasting I've had so far. It does the job. My only complaint it that it's a bit chalky and leaves a little bit of grit at the bottom. Keep on shakin as your drinking!
Many of these are too sweet and this was not the case with this flavor
Seemed like a lot of powder for what it was trying to do. Fillers?
The taste of this one is ok. A little chalky. Mixes really well. I mixed it with 32 oz of cold water and added ice when it was about half consumed. I ran bleachers when I added the ice, and it helped push me through that set. I wouldn't use this unless you plan on having a really hard workout. I liked it as an intra workout because it gave me energy and helps with hydration.
This product tasted okay (once it finally mixed), I honestly didn't get any real effect as far as recovery goes though.
This stuff does not taste great and I did not really notice a difference as far as recovery goes post workout. It was nice to try but probably would not seek out as a must have to my workout routine.
Loved the taste, and felt I was not as tired after my workout. very difficult to mix - kept clumping.
